Hi, I’m Grace!

Therapist and Practice Owner

As a recovering intellectualizer, I've learned to feel my feelings (& not just think about them). I used to be the "cool girl" who didn't care about anything. Turns out, I was actually just super avoidant (lol). I learned I did care about things— very deeply, actually— and that it’s okay to care and have big feelings.

As a second-generation immigrant, I have an appreciation for the challenges (& beautiful joys!) that come with being a woman of color.

When I'm not in session or on my yoga mat, you can find me hiking, camping, connecting with nature… and probably dancing barefoot in the grass! I love diving deep in understanding human existence and beyond.

I help people come home to themselves, remember their inherent worth, and trust their own wisdom. I’d be honored to bear witness to your healing.

On my own journey,

“Healing begins with presence— being fully with what is happening inside.”

— Resmaa Menakem, My Grandmother’s Hands

I work relationally and draw from somatic therapies, IFS, and ACT. Read more about these here.

At the heart of my work is our relationship. Healing happens in connection — especially when it’s safe, attuned, and consistent. Show up fully, be seen, and see what it’s like to be in relationship in a new way.

My approach is grounded in parts work and nervous system regulation. We’ll slow down, listen to your body, and make space for you and all your parts.

We’ll work to take action that’s aligned with the life you want.

I’m direct and honest, I won’t just nod along. Clients describe me as grounding + playful. I’m easy-going and don’t take life too seriously! I believe in the healing power of laughter and shared emotions.

We’ll laugh, dance, cry, and journey through all the beautiful emotions together, nurturing your spirit along the way.

My approach:

my values: liberation for all, compassion, safety, self-agency, community, curiosity, and embodiment

I often work with people who experience:

🌿 overthinking, intellectualizing, or ruminating thoughts
🌸 anxious or avoidant patterns in relationships
🍃 emotional numbness or disconnection
🌾 burnout, fatigue, or stress-related symptoms
🌲 relational trauma / emotionally neglectful childhoods
🌊 struggling to trust yourself or fully show up in relationships
🌻 a desire to move beyond insight and into embodied change

Take a breath and notice what stirs in you. If your heart or body is saying yes — trust that. You don’t have to be “ready,” just willing to begin.

If something inside you is curious, hopeful, or just tired of going it alone — I’m here, when you’re ready.
