Getting started

  • Amazing! Schedule a free 15-20 minute video call with me so that you can ask me any questions you may have, learn more about me, and see if I’m a good fit for you. It’s totally normal to chat with multiple therapists before finding one that matches the vibe you’re looking for, so there's no pressure/commitment during our first call! Schedule here.

  • I’m in network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Independence Blue Cross, and Quest Behavioral Health. I’m partnered with Headway for insurance billing. Visit my profile here to get more details about insurance.

I support out-of-network benefits by providing superbills. Depending on your plan, you could get some of my fee reimbursed. Let's say your OON benefits cover 80% of my $165 fee, that means you'd only pay $33 per session.

I’ve partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines reimbursement. You’ll be able to get reimbursed with no work or hassle on your end (they’ll submit your claims and deal with the insurance company for you!) https://www.mentaya.com/patients

  • First Intake Session (75 min)- $175

    Ongoing Sessions (55 min)- $165

The fee can be paid with credit/debit/HSA/CareCredit cards.

✽ All reduced-fee spots for those with financial need are currently filled. If cost is a barrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I can add you to the waitlist and notify you as soon as a spot becomes available.

  • Clients must be located in Pennsylvania. All therapy sessions are currently offered virtually through a secure telehealth platform.

  • Ultimately, that’s up to you—but I highly encourage new clients to start weekly for at least the first 4–6 weeks. Meeting consistently helps us build a sense of safety, connection, and trust—especially when we’re doing relational and trauma-focused work.

If weekly doesn’t work for your schedule or capacity, we can explore starting biweekly. The important thing is that we create some momentum early on, so the work has a strong foundation.

Once that foundation is in place, you set the pacing. Some clients choose to continue weekly for as long as they’d like, while others move to biweekly or even monthly check-ins. We’ll always collaborate on what feels right for you.

Therapy with me

  • I often work with adults who are insightful and high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel anxious, disconnected, or emotionally flat. Maybe you’re someone who overthinks everything, struggles to trust others (or yourself), or finds that therapy makes sense but doesn’t really shift how you feel day to day. You might already be on a self-growth journey—or this might be your first time in therapy. Either way, you’re welcome here.

Many of my clients have histories of relational trauma, identify with anxious or avoidant attachment styles, and feel stuck in patterns they can’t think their way out of. Sometimes this shows up not just emotionally, but physically—like chronic tension, IBS, fatigue, or other health issues with no clear cause.

Other areas of interest in my work include:

    • Relationship OCD and intrusive thought patterns

    • Men’s work and masculinity

    • Complex and developmental trauma

    • PTSD following acute or single-incident trauma (I have advanced training in this area)

If you’re drawn to depth, somatics, and a little spiritual curiosity, we’ll probably work well together.

  • I work relationally, somatically, and through a parts work lens— which means we explore not just what you’re thinking, but what your body is holding, too. I don’t believe in quick fixes.

This work is about slowing down, getting curious, and learning how to feel safe in your own experience.

I come from a long background in community mental health and trauma work. Not much phases me. You don’t have to package your pain, over-explain, or worry about being too much here. This space is built for all the complexity you carry.

If you want to read more about me and my approach, you can do so here.

  • Totally fair question. Somatic therapy is really just about learning to listen to your body— recognizing when it’s saying “yes” or “no” and including that wisdom in our work together.

That might look like noticing where you feel tension, tracking your breath, or sensing how a part of you feels inside. It’s not about forced movements or dramatic releases.

Everything we do is gentle, slow, and always guided by your consent. You’re in control, and the work is collaborative—helping you build trust with your body, not overwhelm it.

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”
