1:1 Therapy
Land in your body.
Expand into your life.
Therapy that brings you back to your body, back to your truth, and back to your life.
Right now…
You wake up and reach for your phone, trying to quiet your spinning mind.
You spend the day overthinking, analyzing conversations, and trying to make sense of how you feel.
Even when nothing’s wrong, something feels off — like you’re going through the motions, disconnected from yourself.
Your body is tired, trying to get your attention. You can’t ignore it anymore.
You crave connection but pull away when it gets too close.
Even when everything looks fine on the surface, you carry a quiet exhaustion — in your body, mind, and heart.
But imagine if…
You could wake up excited for the day. You feel present and have a sense of being home in your body.
The thoughts might still show up—but they don’t take over your whole day.
In relationships, you notice yourself staying connected a little longer before pulling away or overthinking what something means.
You feel safe to just be…. connected, present, and free.
You rest without guilt. You express without fear.
You carry your past with compassion, and it no longer weighs you down.
You are becoming who you were always meant to be — embodied and alive.

Come As You Are
Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about returning to the parts of you that got left behind.
We move at the pace your nervous system can handle — not the pace your mind thinks it should. Sometimes that means slowing things down in the middle of a thought. Sometimes it means pausing to notice what you’ve been holding in for a long time.
You won’t need to explain everything or have the perfect insight. Just show up as you are. I’ll meet you there.
Learn about my methodology
My integrative approach brings together somatic therapy, parts work, ACT, and a relational lens in a way that supports people who tend to overthink, feel emotionally stuck, or disconnect from themselves in relationships. It allows us to work with your experience on multiple levels at once—your thoughts, your nervous system, and your relational patterns—so change becomes something you can actually feel, not just understand.
-
In Hakomi-informed somatic therapy, we slow things down in session and bring attention to what is happening in real time—not just in your thoughts, but in your body and nervous system as you speak. We might notice shifts in breath, tension, shutdown, or urgency, and gently track what happens inside you when certain topics or emotions arise.
Instead of trying to figure everything out logically, we stay with these present-moment experiences together. This helps uncover the deeper emotional and nervous system patterns underneath overthinking, avoidance, or disconnection.
Over time, this creates a different relationship with your inner experience. You begin to recognize what you feel as it’s happening, stay more connected to your body in moments of stress or intimacy, and respond from a more grounded and embodied place rather than automatically defaulting to analysis or shutdown.
-
Many of my clients feel internally conflicted—one part of them wants closeness, rest, or change, while another part overthinks, shuts down, or tries to stay in control. This can feel exhausting, especially when you “know better” but still find yourself repeating the same patterns.
In parts work, we slow down and get curious about these different internal experiences instead of trying to get rid of them.
Rather than seeing these as problems to fix, we explore what each part is trying to do for you. This helps create more understanding and reduces the sense of being “at war with yourself.”
Over time, this process creates more internal clarity and less reactivity. You begin to notice your different parts without being taken over by them and respond to yourself with more understanding.

Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, and trying to “figure it out” before they can move forward. They often know what they want intellectually, but feel held back by fear, anxiety, or narratives that keep them looping.
In ACT, we work with the reality that difficult thoughts and emotions will show up, instead of trying to just get rid of them. We learn to notice when the mind is pulling you away from what actually matters to you in the present.
A big part of our work is getting clear on your values—what kind of partner, friend, or person you want to be—and then practicing small, grounded steps that move you in that direction, even when discomfort is present. We work to create space between you and your thoughts so they don’t automatically run the show.
Over time, this helps you feel less stuck in mental loops and more able to take aligned action in your life. You begin to trust yourself more—not because uncertainty disappears, but because you learn how to move forward with it present.
-
Many of my clients notice that their patterns show up most strongly in relationships—feeling anxious when there’s distance, overthinking text messages, shutting down during conflict, or losing themselves by over-adapting to keep connection. Even when they understand their patterns intellectually, they still feel pulled into them in real time with partners, friends, or family.
In our work, the relationship between us becomes part of the process. We pay attention to what happens as things unfold between you and me—how you respond to feedback, moments of distance or closeness, and the ways you might protect yourself through overthinking, people-pleasing, or withdrawal.
This gives us a live, supported space to notice attachment patterns as they happen, not just talk about them after the fact. Over time, this helps you begin to recognize these patterns sooner, stay more present during moments of activation, and experiment with new ways of relating that feel more grounded and connected.
Rather than only understanding your attachment style, you start to experience yourself differently in relationship—with more awareness, choice, and emotional steadiness.

You feel disconnected from your body.
You want connection but struggle with closeness.
Your body speaks in stress, fatigue, or symptoms that don’t quite add up.
You suspect what you’ve brushed off as “normal” might actually be unresolved trauma.
Even when “nothing’s wrong,” you feel off — irritable, exhausted, or on edge.
