  • Understand and work with your nervous system – Learn the language of your nervous system and practice ways to regulate.

  • Build a relationship with your parts – Curious about parts work? Learn how to integrate this compassionate way of being into your life.

  • Practice embodied Self-trust – Learn somatic tools to help connect with your body and make decisions from a place of deep, inner knowing.

  • Strengthen your connection to your intuition – Quiet the noise inside, so you can access the deep, steady wisdom within you.

  • Show up more authentically in your life and relationships – Access more clarity, confidence, and courage to live from your truth.

You don’t need more insight—you need integration.
If you keep looping through the same patterns no matter how much you “understand,” it’s likely because we haven’t included our body and nervous system in our healing process yet.

This group might be for you if:

✅ You want to take your healing deeper
✅ You’re self-aware but feel stuck—still anxious or stuck in your head
✅ You overthink, people-please, shut down, or try to “fix” your way through healing
✅ You want to learn how to work with your nervous system, not against it
✅ You want to do the work in community
✅ You want a more affordable option than 1:1 therapy or to complement the work you’re already doing

This group is not for you if:

❌ You’re currently in crisis or need intensive trauma support
❌ You’re looking for a 1:1 therapist
❌ You don’t feel ready to explore body-based or emotional work in a group setting
❌ You can’t commit to all 8 weeks (this is a closed group—same people meet weekly)

Why isn’t awareness enough?
Because the body stores what the mind can’t resolve. Awareness is the first and important step, but we often get stuck here.

We also need new experiences— felt safety, connection, and presence. Opportunities to feel change in our bodies.

The Details

  • 8 weeks of virtual group sessions

  • Limited to 6 participants

  • Starts July 7th 2025 5:30pm EST

  • Mondays @ 5:30pm*

    • (flexible start time, based on group availability)

Investment:

  • Register before 6/6

    • $77 per group session = total $616

  • Regular enrollment (closes 6/30)

    • $88 per group session = total $704

*sliding scale available on a limited basis

Meet your guide

I’m a licensed therapist specializing in healing relational trauma, helping overthinkers and under-feelers reconnect with their bodies and find safety again. If you’ve done the work in your head but can’t seem to shift your patterns—especially in relationships— I help you come back to your body, your intuition, and your present-moment truth.

My approach weaves together somatic therapy, parts work, and nervous system healing to support lasting change. This group is the kind of space I wish had existed when I was learning to trust myself again—not just in theory, but in real time, with others who were also on the path home.
