yoga | somatics | movement | meditation
Your weekly ritual for nervous system care.
A library of yoga, somatic and embodied movement, dance, and meditation practices for whatever you're moving through— anxiety, overwhelm, anger, exhaustion, and all the moments in between.
Welcome to The Alchemy Room.
A space to come back to yourself.
Not another place to optimize or perform. A room to be with what's here.
Some days you'll come in wanting a slow yoga flow to wind down before bed.
Some days you'll need to shake out some anxiety before an interview.
Some days you'll have no idea what you need yet.
That's okay.
The Room is here to meet you where you are.
~ New practice every Monday ~
~ New practice every Monday ~
Come back every week.
You don't need an hour, a perfect morning, or a retreat in the mountains.
You just need a little space to check in.
What am I feeling?
What is my body telling me?
What do I need?
Don’t know what you need? The Alchemy Room gives you somewhere to start. Choose a practice. Enter the room. See what shifts.
Over time, these small moments become a ritual—a way of staying connected to yourself through all the different seasons, states, emotions, and versions of you.

Grace is an absolutely incredible soul. You feel the warmth, patience, love, and compassion radiating off of her as soon as you meet her. She brings a joy to every space while simultaneously holding space for all human emotions. Her ability to use movement to let emotion and experience flow through you is truly a marvel.

Intuitive. Intelligent. Loving. Playful. Embodied. Badass. All words that come to mind with ease when I think about Grace. She creates such a beautiful, raw container for folks to FEEL & explore all of their edges because she's committed to the work & honoring herself from a place of deep knowing. She's not here for the quick fix or buzzwords. She's armed with a toolkit so abundant- shared from a source of love & accessibility. She's found her craft in guiding movement that feels like a homecoming. You will be held in her presence - from laughter to tears and everything in between. If you want to deepen your relationship with yourself, Grace is your girl. Enjoy the journey.

Because you'll get to be here from the beginning—and lock in founding-member pricing.
The first 10 founding members will receive unlimited access for $18/month, locked in for life. As the library grows and membership pricing changes to reflect that, your rate stays the same.
You'll also be helping shape The Alchemy Room in its earliest days. I'll be listening closely to what you want more of, what practices you're reaching for, and what would make this space genuinely useful in your everyday life.
You're not just joining a finished library. You're helping build the Room.
-
Everything is designed to fit into real life, with practices ranging from 5–40 minutes.
You'll find both longer yoga flows when you want to move through a fuller practice, and shorter somatic practices designed around a specific emotion, feeling, or moment—like releasing anger, moving through overwhelm, or quieting racing thoughts.
Choose based on the time you have. Choose based on what you're moving through.

Because I want connecting with yourself to become part of how you live.
The practices are a way to build the muscle of attunement—learning to notice what's happening in your body.
Over time, my hope is that you become more fluent in the language of your body. You begin to recognize your patterns, sensations, emotions, and needs— and learn what helps you move through them.
And eventually, the practice becomes less about following someone else's instructions and more about developing your own inner compass: knowing how you need to move, rest, create space, or release.
That awareness doesn't stay on the mat. It starts to follow you into your relationships, your work, your everyday decisions, and the ordinary moments of your life.
That's the integration I'm interested in: not just practicing embodiment, but learning to live from a deeper relationship with yourself.

Start with what's most present for you. The library is organized around different experiences and needs, so you can find a practice based on how you're feeling rather than trying to decide what type of workout you "should" do.
And if you don't know what you need? That's okay, too. Start somewhere and get curious, let your intuition guide the way.
-
The library will continue to grow over time, with new practices added every Monday, so there's always something new to explore while still giving you plenty of familiar practices to return to.

No. The Alchemy Room is an educational and wellness resource, not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical care. The practices are designed to support everyday nervous system care.

Make it a ritual.
Come into The Room when you wake up.
When you're carrying something heavy.
Come when you just need to move.
When you have emotion to release.
Come just because it's a Monday.
